Do you take my insurance?

 In order to provide you with a tailored treatment specifically for you, I work directly with you instead of participating with insurance companies, without the worry of hidden costs later. 
HSA/FSA cards and credit cards are accepted.
 

When should I start chiropractic care during pregnancy?

You can start chiropractic care at any stage of your pregnancy. Early intervention can help maintain optimal health and prevent discomfort, but many women also begin care later when they start experiencing symptoms.

Is chiropractic care safe during pregnancy/postpartum?

Chiropractic care is generally safe for most women during pregnancy and postpartum. The Webster Technique is gentle and specifically tailored to the unique needs of this population.

Can chiropractic care help with diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction?

​

Yes, but this doesn't take the place of pelvic floor PT! Chiropractic care combined with specific at-home exercises can help improve diastasis recti and pelvic floor dysfunction postpartum. We focus on strengthening the core + full body to restore function and stability.

What makes your chiropractic care different from others?

Our practice combines personalized chiropractic care with at-home exercise programs, specifically designed for prenatal and postpartum women. This holistic approach helps you feel strong and move pain-free throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey.

What is the benefit of combining chiropractic care with a perinatal at home exercise program?

Chiropractic treatments can be a great tool to help with decreasing aches & pain, but is more a temporary solution. When paired with a tailored exercise program, you can further strengthen your body, improve mobility & start to see truly long lasting results.

How often will I need to get treatment?

The frequency of visits varies depending on your individual needs. Some women benefit from weekly visits, while others may need less frequent adjustments. We will tailor a schedule that suits your specific situation.

What types of exercises are included in your virtual at-home programs?

Our at-home exercise programs are customized to meet your specific needs & goals. For our prenatal patients, that might mean focusing on strength + mobility. For our postpartum patients, that might mean core reeducation + recovery. No one program will look the same as we all have different goals.
