Chiropractic care & strength training for every season of life

My core focus is pregnancy, postpartum, and babies. If you're an active adult dealing with recurring pain or wanting to get stronger, you can work with me too, using the same approach: hands-on care, rehab, and strength training in longer one-on-one sessions.

Wellness Chiropractic

Care that helps you keep moving well

Wellness sessions are for anyone, whether or not you're in pregnancy, postpartum, or the baby stage. They're for people who want to stay ahead of recurring stiffness, keep training without setbacks, or have a regular check-in on how their body is handling life.

Cupping Therapy

Cups create gentle suction on the skin over a tight area, lifting and decompressing the tissue. It's a soft tissue technique that often feels like a deep, reversed massage.

Good for: Tight, tender muscle groups that need to relax before mobility or strength work · people who prefer a non-needle option

Dry Needling

Thin, solid filament needles are placed into tight, tender spots in a muscle (often called trigger points) to reduce tension and pain and improve movement. It's based on anatomy and how muscles and nerves interact, not on traditional acupuncture meridians.

Good for: Stubborn muscle tightness in the neck, shoulders, back, or hips · tension headaches · overuse injuries · lingering tightness that's limiting rehab or training

Strength that meets you where you are

Whether you're new to lifting, returning after a baby, pregnant and staying strong, or working around pain or an old injury, your program is built around your body, your goals, and your current season of life. No cookie-cutter plans and no pushing through pain.

What makes the programming different

  • Low-impact by design: Joint-friendly options so you can train hard without aggravating your body.

  • Progressive overload: Gradually increasing weight, reps, or difficulty so you keep getting stronger. This is the principle behind real, lasting strength.

  • Functional rehab: Corrective exercise and mobility work woven into your sessions, so you're addressing what's holding you back as you train.

  • Endurance-based movement: Pilates-style and conditioning work for stamina, core control, and breathing.

Why train with a chiropractor

  • Because I understand how your body is responding, I can adjust your plan around real feedback, like tightness, pain, and recovery, instead of guessing. If something flares up, we address it and keep you moving.
