I'm Dr. Jess, a Doctor of Chiropractic and fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience.

​I started Forme Chiro + Wellness because I saw a gap in how women's health and wellness was being approached in the chiropractic space.

 

Too often, I see care being rushed, with cookie-cutter treatments being given to everyone & a sole focus of chasing pain symptoms.

 

I wanted to create a space where women feel truly heard and cared for—a place that blends evidence-based chiropractic care with education, movement, and fitness to address not just symptoms, but the whole person.

 

My goal has always been to empower women with the tools they need to feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies.
